I have always used the Modern theme because that was the default. However, The Classic theme makes Mozilla feel like an OS X app, much more so than the Modern theme. It really looks "Aquafied". If you haven't tried this on OS X in a while, give it a shot.

Classic theme in the latest nightly broken
It could be that the classic theme was unchecked and you didn't get it. If you run the installer again you might be able to use the custom install and choose ONLY the classic theme with absolutely nothing else (not sure). However, the classic theme does not allow you to choose text only for back, stop, etc.,

have used the regedits from sites like Kelly's XP Resources, I have deleted any/all themes other than Windows XP and Style XP, and still everytime my computer reboots, it's back to windows classic theme and the same colors! It's starting to drive me nuts.. what other steps can I take?
